Big double bedroom with lots of space in a flat that’s an easy walk into town. Classic sunny Edinburgh tenement with wooden floors. Big walk-in shower. Fast broadband.

Looking for a guy to take the room preferably. It's a big 3-bed flat and you'd be sharing with two people, both late 20's, professional and working Mon-Fri (Tom works at Rockstar and Kieran is a journalist).

Flat is clean and in good nick so looking for someone who would help to keep it that way.

Location is awesome. Lots of buses. 5 minute walk from Holyrood and the royal mile and 10-15 minutes from princes street. Good pubs and shops nearby and a short walk up to Arthur's seat as well.

Rent is £600 a month. Bills (shared council tax + broadband + gas + electric) usually come to £75 - £100 a month.
