I live with my 1 Year 5 Month old who is as chilled as I am - I am intentionally looking or a home mate who will continue fostering a homely environment for her, and is willing to interact with her in a friendly way whenever you bump into her. I maintain an immaculate environment and clean the home on a daily basis - so you won't be tripping on toys (lol!) - If interacting with kids are not your thing, our home isn't for you
I am currently working remotely from a home office but will be moving back to the office as soon as my little one starts going to nursery.
Our ideal home-mate is one who will be at ease and at home with both of us; and won’t mind us sharing the basics (Loo roll, dish soap, sugar, laundry soap etc)..... It saves loads of space as well ;-)
The apartment is on the ground floor and is immaculately presented; it is on McDonald Road, so ideally located for quick access to the city centre and to all the various bus routes which run along Leith Walk. 10 minute walk to the St. James Quarter and Omni (2 days walk if you are wearing heels.)
The development is quiet and well maintained with ample, residents parking available.
The accommodation comprises a modern fully equipped (including tumble dryer, dishwasher and built-in microwave) breakfasting kitchen with ample storage space, sitting room with dining area and a modern bathroom with an Aqualisa power shower. The property has solid oak flooring throughout, gas central heating and is fully double glazed. There are communal grounds outside where you can chill on a nice summer day..... Perfect.
