My flat is a colourful and comfortable first floor flat and I have small but ample bedoom available.

The bedroom has an open view across the community playing field towards a local listed-building primary school.
Furnishings include small double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and an old school type desk.

The flat is in East Edinburgh, EH8. it's a first floor flat in a 1920's/30s, 6 flats tenement building,

There are bus stops nearby at 2, and 10 minutes walking distance from the flat, where frequent buses run to and from the city centre, day and night. It's 15 minutes bus journey to East Princes Street, and theres free on street parking.

The building as a whole sits back from the road and has a spacious back garden.

It's a 5 minutes walk to:
- local Morrisons Supermarket and Cafe
- D’Angelou's French Bakery
- Giovanni's Fish & Chip Shop and That's Amore! Pizzeria

- Holyrood Park is 15 minutes walk; Portobello (seaside) is 20-25 minutes walk, less by bus

- the Sheep Heid Inn is an old bar and restaurant in Duddingston Village, as is Dr Neil's beautiful lochside garden. Also lovely old Duddingston Kirk. 15 minutes walk.
