I have a fully furnished, double room available on The Shore from 1st April 2018.

The two bedroom main-door flat is set across two levels and consists of a shared dining room/kitchen area, living room, upstairs toilet, downstairs bathroom.

The flat is furnished to a high standard throughout, has ample storage with the usual central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave.

The £475 pcm rent includes the cost of power, gas, council tax, TV and broadband. The TV includes access to netflix and amazon prime.

The flat is close to a number of great bars, restaurants and regular bus routes to the city centre such as the No. 22, 36 and 35 are located within TWO minutes walk.

I am a 37 year old, gay professional that enjoys the usual stuff such as socialising, cooking, trying new restaurants.

I generally work long hours during the week but enjoy my weekends. Ideally I am looking for a gay friendly, clean professional that also works week days.
