Hi, I’m Alex, a 40-year-old professional, and I have a bright, spacious double bedroom available in my modern new-build flat on Hopetoun Street.

The room is light and comfortable, featuring a queen-size bed and plenty of built-in storage. You’ll also have your own private bathroom (not en-suite), complete with a bath, shower, toilet, and sink.

The flat is in an excellent central location — around a 15-minute walk to Princes Street and Waverley Station. Transport links are great, with the McDonald Road tram stop just a 5-minute walk away and several bus routes nearby. The room also comes with a parking space in a secure underground garage.

The flat itself is spacious and well laid out, with a large living room and a very well-equipped kitchen (I love to cook). It has all the usual amenities you’d expect, including TV, fast internet, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.

I also have a very friendly 9-year-old black Labrador called Max, so being comfortable around dogs is essential.

I’m easy-going and considerate, and in my spare time I enjoy cooking, reading, gaming, and occasionally having a beer with friends. I’m looking for a like-minded, respectful flatmate to share a relaxed home.
