I'm Alex, a 39 year old professional. I have a double bedroom available, a nice bright room with loads of storage space and a queen sized double bed. The room comes with a private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, in a nice new built flat on Hopetoun street. It is a 15 minute walk from Princes' Street and Waverley train station.

The flat is in a great central location. It has good transport links, as it is a 7 minute walk from a tram stop and has many bus routes near by. The room also comes with a parking space in a secure garage. The flat is spacious and light, with a very well equipped kitchen ( I love to cook) and a large living room. The place has everything you would expect, tv, internet, washing machine, dishwasher etc....

I have a black Labrador called Max, so loving dogs is essential.

I enjoy having a beer with friends, cooking, reading and computer games. I feel that I am a considerate and friendly flat mate.
