Double room in luxury flat available

I have available a double room in a lovely modern flat.
One of the restored bond buildings in Leith the flat benefits from its own private balcony with views of Arthur's seat. It has underfloor heating, a very large bright kitchen/living room and private car park with space.
I am a medic and work shifts
patterns - I'm also out most days training. I am a neat and tidy person and would expect flatmate to be also.
Would initially be looking for short term lodger but if this worked would be willing to negotiate on longer term basis.
