A lovely bright & spacious furnished double bedroom with excellent storageand all newly furnished.

This room is the second bedroom in my neat city 2 bedroom flat which is pretty handy for the centre of Edinburgh and the trendy Stockbridge area, and is very close to the Western General Hospital on the North side of the city. There is easy access to all parts of the city and there is a bus stop within a few metres of the front door. The flat has been recently decorated and nicely and comfortably furnished and I am looking for a compatible flat mate to move in with my current flatmate.

As the occupied room has its own en-suite bathroom means that the main bathroom which has a powerful shower and comfortable bath and is spacious will be exclusivley your own private bathroom.

There are good transport links to and from the city and the flat also benefits from being near to good road access to the airport and the West from Telford Road and Queensferry Road. The flat is well located in a quiet residential area, and the city centre is only a 25 minute walk away and there is car parking within the development.

The flat has gas central heating, is well insulated and has double glazing and is comfortably furnished. There is a separate, modern kitchen and a good sized separate lounge with sunny french balcony doors. It's very quiet and secluded and the views from all the windows are onto nearby trees and playing fields, you could almost sense that you were in the country instead of being in the buzz of Edinburgh's capital city - you'll love it!

The nearest shopping centre is at Craigleith, a 5 min walk away which has an M&S, Sainsburys, Homebase, Costa & Boots to name but a few. The Village Urban resort near to Fettes is a new hotel and spa complex which has recently opened and has a lot of leisure facilities including a state of the art gym and swimming pool as well as bars, restaurants and a Starbucks. The Edinburgh Botanical Gardens are also nearby.

Existing flatmate is an easy going and tidy young professional who is sociable and who enjoys cooking, mixing in, socialising & relaxing when he is not mastering his trade (cheffing - michellen star style) he also enjoys his own space too sometimes.

Ideally I am looking for someone likeminded male or female or couple who will appreciate the flat and the location as we both do, who is tidy, responsible, easy going with a good sense of humour - He doesn't mind splitting a bottle of wine sometimes too. The flat is availale till end of July, beginning of August 2017.

The flat is fully equipped and has a brand new washing machine - there is also Sky TV and Broadband and there is also a door entry system and alarm with lift access within the building.

The room in the flat is available from 16th January 2017 and is £550.00 for single occupancy and £650.00 for a couple paid pcm including all bills - Gas, electricity, council tax, broadband and Sky TV. Looking for either single or couples for flatmates and would be just as happy with either for pcm again including all bills.
