The room is on its own floor with one other bedroom and a big brand new bathroom with roll top bath and shower.

You would share the large, warm family kitchen with one other lodger and our family.

We are a very laid back, friendly family who have had lodgers for the past 10 years so we are very used to sharing our home. It's a large house so there is lots of space for everyone.

The house is situated right on the edge of the Edinburgh cycle network, allowing you foot and cycle access to a web of quiet, leafy pathways leading to numerous locations throughout the city.
We are also a 10 minute bus journey to Princes Street on the 23 bus.
