House in sought-after quiet area, prof locum/perm

The bedrooms are all double and all have wardrobe, drawer and desk and chair. All bed linen and towels are supplied and laundered and the rooms are professionally cleaned once a week. The bathroom is shared.
There are 2 cats living in the house.
Breakfast can be supplied at a modest additional cost and the kitchen is available for self-catering. Close to city centre, airport and shops.

For the last 6 years I have had over a hundred people from all corners of the world, from all cultures and from 16 years old to 65 years old and have distilled my experience down to what I know works best in the house. I am looking for people who are respectful towards other people, pets and the property, considerate, trustworthy, self-reliant and good humoured.
