Beautiful flat in new town!

Hey everyone,

I have a beautiful property literally a ten minute walk from George street just off Dundas street. Before I you read on any further please be aware I Airbnb my third room out so this is something you need to be ok with but everyone I have is amazing an really friendly.

The flat is typical of Edinburgh with stunning high ceilings and has been tastefully decorated throughout. There is a small double bed room available for someone really cool to rent. Typically bills are comprised of £80ish council tax and utilities £50ish. I pay for the Sky, maintenance fees, tv etc.

I've been in edinburgh three+ years and sadly my flatmate is moving in to another flat. I would love to ideally find a flatmate who doesn’t want to be strangers and are quite sociable. Previously I have lived in a house of 4 so totally understand the personal space aspect as well.

I'm not bothered if you're male or female or what age you are. But would be great to find sociable people similar to me who like having some drinks, gyming, getting out and about and having a good time. Haha this sounds more like a dating advert by the minute 😂
