Double bedroom in New Town flat

This is a very comfortable flat in a great location for the city centre.

I'm looking to rent out a bedroom in the flat for the next 6-7 months. I'm going to be away from Edinburgh and will be back for only a short period so you'll have effectively the flat to yourselves for the majority of the time.

The bedroom is well equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and bedside table. Overall the flat has an airy, happy feel to it with the kitchen and bathroom in excellent condition.

The rent includes includes WiFi and TV licence.
Gas, electricity and Council tax (Band E) are not included.

Street parking is available by permit.

It would be good to find a flatmate(s) who are considerate and will take good care of the flat.
