Double bedroom in New Town flat

This is a very comfortable flat in a great location for the city centre.

The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table. There is further storage space and a desk for the room also available if required. Overall the flat has an airy, happy feel to it with the kitchen and shared bathroom in excellent condition.

The bills covered in the rent include council tax (Band E), WiFi and TV licence. Gas and electricity not included and are projected to come to around £100 per month.
Street parking is available by permit. I would prefer a flatmate who is not working or studying from home full-time.

I work as a GP based in Edinburgh but am also sometimes away up in the highlands. It would be good to find a flatmate who is considerate, tidy and easy going. I enjoy being sociable but as the hours I work can be quite long, so I like to relax and have a quiet evening during the week.
