A basic but lovely 2nd floor, double bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment set in a fully enclosed, private development which includes swimming pool, sauna and rooftop terrace. The complex also features a central courtyard with a BBQ area for resident/guest use.

Amenities - kitchen, wireless internet, TV, microwave, toaster, kettle, washer/dryer, buzzer, dining table, combined toilet and bathtub/shower room, shared living room and kitchen.

Room: Double bed, inbuilt wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table & electric heater.

Looking for - a clean and tidy housemate. Short term let.
House rules - no smoking, no parties or large gatherings, and always clean up after yourself.

I work full time M-F, looking for someone with a similar schedule.
I do enjoy a glass of wine in the evening, watching Netflix, general downtime in the evening after a long day in the office.
