I have an ensuite double room available to rent in a modern top floor apartment by Newhaven Harbour.
Great location with off-street parking available. Also serviced by regular bus routes.
Room has a large fitted wardrobe, double bed, chest of drawers, dressing table, tv and en-suite with electric shower.
Shared open plan living room/kitchen with tv, washing machine, dryer, microwave etc.
Gas central heating.
150Mb broadband.
I work in retail, normally Monday to Friday and I’m often away a few nights a week.
I'm quite easy-going and like to keep the place tidy. Looking for someone similar.
I also have a cat so any prospective flat mates would need to be ok with that.

Available from September, but can be flexible on move-in date.

All bills and council tax included.

Shorter-term lets would be considered.
