The flat is located in Pilton area(EH4, Edinburgh), walking distance to the Western general hospital, 15min commute to Princes Street by bus or cycling.

All bills(electricity, gas, water and broadband bills and council tax) included, although TV licence is at the responsibilities of each tenant him/her-self.

The double room is very large, with own fridge. The singe room is rather small as reflected in the price. Both rooms are for one person occupancy only. Not available for couples.

15 minutes to princes street or city center by bus.
Buses 29, 37,21, 27 and night buses n37.

Candidate must be clean, willing to share the cleaning rota with the flatmates to keep the flat tidy. Non-smoker preferred.
