Single en-suite available for rent in Holyrood North Residence Hall, near Arthur's Seat. Must be a fully matriculated post-graduate student at the University of Edinburgh to be eligible. Looking for a new tenant to take over my lease during the summer months, starting as early as June 6th and lasting as late as the start of September.

Shared common rooms, both on room level and ground floor, spacious shared kitchen with locked dry storage, fridge, and freezer space, small pantry down the hall with locked dry storage and communal fridge.
