We are a friendly couple looking for someone to sublet a bright, modern, double bedroom for the summer. Ideally looking for someone to take it from the 16th of June until the end of August/beginning of September, but dates can be negotiated.
About the flat:
Two bedroom modern 1st floor flat.
The flat is in a quiet spot, with no noisy roads or noisy neighbors.
It's bright, sunny, with big windows for lots of light. Unlike many Edinburgh flats it has double glazing and stays warm.
It's a central property, no more than a minute from shops - pubs - and the center of the festival - we are really at the heart of the city.
There's a shared garden area.
Rent does not include utility bills, usually approx £20pm each. Council tax not required.

We are a couple of recent university graduates working in Edinburgh over the summer. We are friendly, tidy, and enjoy good company. We have a large selection of board games and enjoy cooking, movies, hikes, music, and whisky. Hope to hear from you soon!
