Lovely room in a friendly home (bills inclusive)

This is a well kept and beautiful room with loads of storage space in a modern, newly decorated detached bungalow.

Your room comes fully furnished, clean, fresh ready to go. I have been told by our current house mate who unfortunately it leaving us due to finishing her degree that the room is bigger than the pictures. Therefore sorry but the pictures don't do the room any justice you need to come see it for yourself.

The garden which is south facing is what you will fall in love with straight away. There is a lot of nature visiting the garden. Your bedroom is facing the garden, so you get a beautiful view each morning- and its nice and quite.

The house is a 2 minute walk from the bus stops, for bus numbers; 7,11,18,31,37, 47 and 67. It is approximately twenty minute journey by bus from the city centre and a five minute drive from the city bypass, Royal infirmary, Kings buildings and Cameron toll. There are two shops, a gym & swimming baths, dentist and doctors all on 1 minute away from the home. There is also a bigger shopping complex not far from the house.

You would be sharing with none smoking professionals. We are down to earth individuals. Respecting peoples privacy is a priority we want the person who takes the room to feel relaxed and at home.

The rent also covers the utility bills and broadband; we have tried to keep the costs to a minimum so that it is affordable.

Also just to add, we have all utensils, pots, plates etc. You do not have to bring anything with you, house wise, if you do not want to. Basically the house is already equipped with everyday essentials.

We are looking for someone genuine friendly & clean, and someone who wants a nice cosy home. We have had both professionals and students take the room due to the tranquil, relaxed space.
