A comfortable double room will be available from 16th of December 2016. The room has a small double bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and table with chair. There are 3 bedroom flat, that will be shared with other two females. There are living room with TV and dining table, kitchen with all the stuff and new bathroom. The heating is central. There is also a big garden for BBQ in summer time. Very friendly neighbours.

The location (Longstone) is very suitable for Napier and HWU students and workers. The area is quiet and family based with well lit roads. There are a 5 min distance walk small Coop, 7 min walk huge Sainsbury and 12 min massive ASDA. Nuffield health centre is 15 min walk from the flat. Well connected transport link drives you in city centre 15-20min (34, 44, 4), 15 min to the Airport (35) and etc.

The rent fee doesn't include the bills (�60). There is also a �300 deposit fee.
