This flat is in quite a special place in the Old Town which is very central (next door to Edinburgh College of Art, 5 mins walk to George square, 10 mins Princes st) but also set back from the traffic making it very quiet.

The kitchen has an oven, gas hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The bathroom has a powerful shower, bath and a little view of the castle. All the rooms have big windows and it gets plenty of light being on the 1st floor.

The spare room has a brass bed which is 3/4 size (between double and single) and plenty cupboard space.

The living room has two big sofas and a nice long table for doing work.

There is also access to a secluded communal back garden with incredible views of the castle.

All bills are included except £50 council tax contribution for non students

I work in horticulture and also part time in a shop close by. Other than that I sporadically cycle, climb, dance and draw.
