I'm a 26 yr old professional who works shifts in the public sector.
I'm an easy going and active kind of guy and enjoy karate & Jiu jitsu, athletics, gym, reading and trying (badly) to learn German. I'm usually doing something with my day and enjoy all variety of activities/experiences.
I've recently bought this new build flat and I am looking for a relaxed but active flatmate to move into the spare room.
About the flat:
It is a 2 bedroom flat in Milligan Drive, which is on the south east side of the city very close to the Royal Infirmary and on a bus route which goes from outside the flat to the city centre.
Would suit medical staff based at the ERI perfectly.
The legal stuff:
I'm looking for £350/month plus half the bills and I'd like a deposit of a month? s rent in advance.
The flat has off road parking, broadband and all the usual amenities.
The Livingroom is a generous size complete /with bookshelf and Sky TV.
You'd even have your own bathroom complete with bath and shower.
