The available room gets a lot of natural light and overlooks a large garden - it also has plenty of space for storage with two walk in wardrobes.

About me - I'm an active person who likes socialising, keeping fit, baking and cooking healthy recipes and I'm looking to find a similar flatmate who's easy to get along with.

There's excellent bus links to the city centre, with the 37 bus taking less than 15 minutes. Locally Stockbridge and Cramond beach are close by and there's also two large supermarkets about 20 minutes walk away.

The £450 each month covers rent and the bills for council tax, water rate, internet/TV licence. Gas and Electric is usually £45-£80 (this would be split between two). Being Scotland, the winter bills can be more at the higher end. A flat mate who is responsible with the heating and willing to share the cost of the bill would be ideal.
