Double Room in a spacious flat with a sunny garden

Hi there,
There is one double bedroom available in a three bedroom spacious flat in Temple Park Crescent. It’s a ground floor flat with main doors so no shared corridor which is perfect if you have a bike. The flat consist of three bedrooms and one chill-out room which has an extra bed in it ― great for visitors. Bathroom with electric shower .The kitchen is very spacious with a dining table, 5 stove cooker so very convenient for having people over for a dinner or so  There is a utility room next to the kitchen with a sink and a washing machine and doors leading to the garden. We have a shared garden but it feels private as there are trees around. We do have a private space in front of the kitchen/utility room which is perfect as you can put a table outside and enjoy breakfast in the sun ( Scotland weather warning ― might not be that often haha).

Sharing with two male professionals . It is not a party flat so only mature people please.

The room must be filled in August.

The rent is £380 + Council Tax + Bills (around 460 in total)
