Double bedroom to rent in City Centre

Hi,
I have a cosy double room to let in a 2 bedroom flat at Tollcross. There is a good size wardrobe, double bed and a chest of drawers in the room. Bathroom with a large shower and washing machine. Kitchen is fully equipped. There is a Virgin TV and 200mbps fibre optic broadband in the flat.
Something about me:
29yo professional gay guy, working in property management company and part time Zumba instructor- both on hold at the moment. I enjoy a quiet night in but also an odd night out. Please note this is not a party flat. Netflix/movie with a can of beer is what I usually do in the evening but I'm also up for socialising and a good chat.
I'm looking for a responsible, tidy and considerate flatmate. I always do my best to keep the bathroom, kitchen and living room tidy and would be great if you would do too ;)
