Hi!! I'm Dawn, thee current flatmate. Ive just graduated as a midwife (so professional flatmate Only please) I'm looking for someone to take a lovely spacious double bedroom in my flat on Slateford Road as my current flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend.
The flat is in a great location, great bus links to the town centre and haymarket!
The room available is a. lovely big double room with a MASSIVE double slide wardrobe, a desk and drawers. So. Much. Storage. The room is currently getting redecorated with freshly painted walls and brand new furniture! The photos don’t do the room/flat justice.
Bills tend to be around £50 a month, including internet, a little higher I winter. The council tax, bills etc are not included in the rent.
I work hard as a midwife and I want someone respectful of privacy and who is tidy and considerate, of course I’d like to share a glass of wine every so often, and catch up about how each others days have been! But this is my no means a party flat, Although I like to have friends over for dinner and the occasional games night!
