Double Room for Short-Term Rent near Haymarket

Hi there,

I'm looking to rent out my double room from 26 January till the end of February/beginning of March with some flexibility around these dates. The flat is located in a quiet side street very close to Haymarket train station and the room comes with a double bed, a cupboard, a desk, a chair, a set of drawers and a window toward the East (so you get nice bits of sunlight in the morning - if the sun is shining). The flat has a really nice and spacious living room with a big dining table and a sofa, a fully-equipped kitchen and a shower with bathtub (and a toilet, obviously).

You'd be sharing the flat with my current flatmate, an MA student in Film Exhibition and Curation at the University of Edinburgh. She's super nice, a very good cook and likes to keep things clean and in order (as do I, for that matter).
