We have a lovely flat in Polwarth with big rooms and original features. We're looking for a fourth person to join us.
The flat has 4 bedrooms, bathroom, a large kitchen with small lounge area, and lots of storage space. The room available comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe with additional shelving.
The rent is £350 per month, plus bills at around £80 each per month (includes council tax, gas and electricity, wireless broadband, TV licence). The flat is opposite a bus stop where 10 & 27 buses go from regularly. We are a 20-25 min walk from Princes st., 10 min walk from Bruntsfield and 5 min walk from Fountainpark (cinema, restaurants, bowling, etc). There is both parking permit and paid ticket parking street.
