Looking for a Tenant to replace myself at the IQ Student Accommodation as I have decided to move out for personal reasons. The room is a bronze flat with an en-suite bathroom and kitchen . The facilities at IQ are excellent as there everything you need. The room and en-suite are well furnished and a good size. The building itself also rooms such as a social hub with pool table, study rooms and a TV room to name a few. In IQ website, you can find photos online. I am happy to arrange a viewing of the flat.
The cost for that flat is £161p/w which includes all your bills and broadband. The room is available from 10/12/16. The tenancy lasts until August. Please message me if you are interested.
