Room available from 14th March in a family home.
A double bedroom is available in a lovely Victorian family home. The room is a large double room on the top floor of a three storey house. On the top floor there is one bathroom, and the bedroom, the bathroom would be for your use. The bedroom overlooks the back garden, it's lovely and bright. There is a kettle, and small fridge on the top floor. The room has a king-sized bed, a large desk, chest of drawers, bookcase etc and there is room on the landing to have a chair as an alternative place to read.
You would share the kitchen/dining area. Bills are included.
The house is a 30 minute walk into town or a short bus ride. The house is on the 11, 7, 14 and 21 bus routes.

The area is lovely, with a great park and right next to the cycle paths. As well as being close to great bars and restaurants.
There is free parking and a place to keep a bike in the house.
There is a small back garden - beautiful in the summer!
