The room has a double bed, large fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers. I have an en suite shower room, so you'd have the main bathroom pretty much to yourself.
There’s secure parking, wifi, communal gardens and great views out across the Forth and into Leith Docks.

I own the flat and am the only other resident.

The nearest bus stop is just around the corner – it’s about 20 minutes to the city centre by bus. There’s a 24-hour supermarket a 5 minute walk away; David Lloyd gym is just down the road.
