It’s a small but comfortable home that would suit someone who enjoys a peaceful space to relax and unwind, rather than a place for large or constant social gatherings. The flat is on the 2nd (top) floor, with no adjoining walls to neighbours, making it very quiet. There’s also private off-street private parking.

We are situated just a few minutes walk from Asda (24/7), Aldi, Marks & Spencer Foodhall, Poundland, and Home Bargains.
All bus stops into town are less than 10 minutes away, and there are lovely walking routes nearby along the canal and Water of Leith.

A bit about me:
I’m Bryan, easy-going, tidy, and considerate. I’ve worked night shifts in hospitality for over a decade but am now taking a well-earned break, doing some occasional work-from-home projects. But mostly I'm just enjoying the down time. I’m more of an introvert than an extrovert, but I do enjoy a chat and catching up with a flatmate, having a friendly and kind atmosphere, sharing a meal or drink, or watching a film or some TV occasionally. As well as enjoying my own space

In my spare time, I like watching sports, box sets, reading, going for walks, and catching up with family or friends.

All bills(Council Tax, Broadband, Gas and Electricity) are included. Your rent is likely to increase by about £25-£30 at the end of every August just FYI.
