Rent includes council tax but does not include utility bills.

I'm an easy going guy, in my spare time I will either be out cycling, on the beach or travelling in my motorhome, or at the gym. Also enjoy a chilled night in, a couple of drinks and get the board games out.

I was a firefighter for 26yrs, but due to an injury i was medically discharged. Nuo, my girlfriend will be returning to the flat late April early May.
