Description
This is a good-sized bedroom with twin beds in a semi-detached house in Gilmerton close to buses into town (25 minutes) and also with parking. The room would suit somebody working in Edinburgh but going home at weekends - it is not available at the weekend. Shared kitchen, bathroom (with shower)and sittingroom (but I am out at least two nights a week). Last tenant stayed for nine months, so hopefully I'm OK to live with! I am a semi-retired administrator with the University of Edinburgh. Rent includes all bills.
