Charming room with a double bed and own bathroom in the corridor (not in-suite). The flat very close to Lothian Road, the Meadows and Grassmarket. You will share it with one more person, Lisa. She's a 35 yo Irish professional, friendly and chatty.

The flat is 5 minutes away from Lothian Road, Grassmarket, the Meadows and the Royal Mile. It has two bedrooms and it is very quiet. There is also a parking space you can use if you have a car. Flat expenses are around £60 per month.

The building is quite new and well equipped. It has double glazing and central heating. It’s very bright; the sun gets into the bedrooms in the morning and then kitchen and living room in the afternoon. It’s got plenty of wardrobes for storing and the furniture is in great condition.

Lisa is looking for a professional, non-smoker, tidy person that is looking for a long term rent. Start date can be negotiated but the preferred date is the 14th of March.
