Good sized double room with bay window & shutters, comes furnished with bed, wardrobe & chest of draws. Washing machine and tumble dryer situated in laundry cupboard in hallway. Large storage cupboard in hallway. Shared garden. £600 monthly including all bills. Cleaner comes to the flat 2 x monthly £7.50 each per time. £700 deposit required. Unable to accept students due to council tax. Females preferred.
