Large Double bedroom, St Leonard's Street

Due to family issues my current flatmate has had to return home and has left me in need of a new flatmate.
St Leonard's Street in Edinburgh, good for students as five minutes from George Square campus and 30 minutes from the KB campus by walking. Also a five minute walk up the street from the university gym at pleasance.
Large bedroom furnished with double bed, wardrobe space, desk and chair, with shared bathroom, living room and kitchen space.
Living room has television and kitchen is equipped with a washing machine (unfortunately not a tumble dryer).
I'm a third year astrophysics student who does rowing, so likely if I'm in the flat I'll probably be having meals, playing videogames or reading, so not overly fussed about the schedule of anyone who moves in.
Rent is £390 per person per month and bills for utilities (broadband included) usually come to around £40 per person a month.
Initially would be taking over current flatmate's lease (until mid-June), though happy to consider renewal for next year if interested in keeping the flat for longer.
