Just 10 mins walk from Waverley station, Princess street. 5 mins walk to the bus station and trams which takes you straight to/from the airport. It's also a few mins walk from the Omni centre, Edinburgh playhouse and for those who love running or the outdoors, Calton hill, Arthur's seat and the water of leith are all within easy reach.
