Looking for a postgraduate student to move into my studio in the Holyrood North development. It's a roomy second floor studio with a double bed, en-suite shower-room, and kitchen. You can see the Salisbury Crags when lying in bed!

The lease runs to 1st September 2017, or you can extend for another year. Rent is £712 per month and includes everything: electricity, water, internet and all maintenance. You will also have access to the Holyrood North facilities: TV room, common room with pool and table tennis, printing room, music rooms, secure bike storage, and also the building's roof terrace!

The residential team hold regular events with free food and drinks, which are a great way to meet fellow PG students.
