We live in a three bedroom, spacious flat and as I am going to be away for the summer I would like to rent out my room to someone over the summer. The room can be seen on the pictures so I won't describe it. The flat is on Leith Walk, there is a bus stop 2 min away from the flat with buses to the center and other parts of Edinburgh, bus numbers that stop there are 10,11,12,22,25, and more. It is a ten-fifteen minute walk to Waverly and Princess Street. The flat is in a very good condition. The rent is 360 pounds per month without bills. At the moment the bills are around 40 pounds per person including electricity, gas, and internet. However, I suspect that they will be less during the summer as heating won't be used.
