Good sized, bright double room in top floor flat

Double room available just off Dalry Road. 5 minutes walk to Co-op/Lidl and 10 to Haymarket, about 20 minute walk to west end of Princes Street. The flat is fully furnished, I've included bills in the rent price. On street parking is free weekend and evenings, I can see about getting a permit for the private car park if needed. There's also a bike shed.

My current flatmate is going travelling for a few months at the end of March, so I am looking for someone new to share with! I'm happy with shorter term lets, and will discuss weekly rates.

I'm 27 and originally from Belfast but been in Edinburgh since uni. Currently working in finance in a reasonably 9-5 job (so not a party flat during the week). I'm looking for someone who is friendly and clean/tidy.

My interests include climbing, boxing, dance, music/gigs, surfing, wakeboarding and more recently getting back into hillwalking. I also go to the cinema quite a lot as I have an unlimited pass for cineworld, and I love travelling. If you moved in you would be very welcome to join in with any of these, or introduce me to new things!
