Large double room in centre of new town

We have a large double room available from September. Great location, 10 minutes walk from rose/George street. Looking for an easy going person, can be student or professional who likes socialising but at the same time is respectful. Ideally has a few interests! To give you an idea of who we are, we are two young professionals who work nearby. Busy during the week working but like a few drinks at the weekend.
