The area is residential with good bus links a few minutes walk from the property into the City Centre, Edinburgh Park/The Gyle, Airport and Queensferry. There are numerous local shopping facilities close by including: supermarkets, banks, restaurants, coffee shops, and leisure centres.

Parking is available in the driveway if required. Lovely landscaped gardens to both front and back along with patio.

Rent: The rent is £620.00 per calendar month (payable in advance) inclusive of bills, such as gas, electric, council tax and WiFi.
