I have a lovely large double room and also a really quirky single room available from mid January which would suit a mature female professional or mature female student. (I’m only looking for 1 person to occupy either room)

The area is a residential and served by excellent local bus links both to and from the city centre every 10 to 15 mins with good connections to the Airport, Edinburgh Park and the Gyle Centre. Numerous local shopping facilities nearby including, coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets.

Large Double Room:
This room is a large bright and airy double comprising; king size bed, desk unit with bookshelves and drawer space, TV, and fridge/freezer for your own use along with WiFi connection. Usual kitchen and laundry facilities available.
Rent: £680 per calendar month (payable in advance) inclusive of bills such as gas, electric, council tax and WiFi.

Single Room:
Comprising: Bed, two chest of drawers, table & chair, TV, fridge/freezer for your own use and WiFi.
Rent: £600 per calendar month (payable in advance) inclusive of bills such as gas, electric, council tax and WiFi.

Parking is available in the driveway if required. Lovely landscaped gardens to both front and back along with patio.
