I am looking to move out of my flat, i need someone to move in, its all trough a letting agents so will need all the paper work,
Its a lovely double room comes with everything, big double bed, bedside tables and has its own bathroom as the other room has an unsite,
Its £340 pm rent
Concil tax is £120 pm
Internet is £14 pm each
Scottish power roughly £50pm

We need someone thats looking to stay long trem, they need to be clean and tidy as its a shared livingroom/kitchen,
