Female flatmate wanted

Hello! One bedroom available for a fellow young professional (female preferred) in fully furnished flat - rent is £537 a month not including bills and there is also free parking available.

The bedroom comes with a wardrobe, 2 bedside tables and chest of drawers and also includes the sole use of the shared bathroom (I have an ensuite). There is also a patio overlooking a shared quiet garden area (perfect for 'summer' bbqs). The kitchen has all the usual amenities, including a washing machine and dishwasher.

This flat is in an excellent location (I LOVEEE IT) ! Walking distance to Morrisons and a 2 minute walk to the gym, bus stop down the road (10/15 min bus ride to town) and walking distance to Inverleith park & also Stockbridge...

I have a busy Mon-Fri job, so I tend to spend weekday evenings going to the gym, cooking and relaxing (aka wine and Netflix), however at the weekends I like to socialise/go out for dinner, drinks etc ... Sunday brunch is a must! I am basically looking for someone who is sociable and similar to myself - if you're interested get in touch and tell me a bit about yourself :)
