Short term let- 10 mins from ERI

Lovely, bright double bedroom available in a friendly house share, just 10 minutes from Edinburgh Royal Infirmary and 20 minutes from the University of Edinburgh King’s Campus.

You’ll be sharing with myself and one other flatmate.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, fitted mirrored wardrobe, bedside table/desk, and chest of drawers. The kitchen/dining area is well equipped with all usual amenities, and we also have a lovely enclosed back garden.

Excellent bus links into the city centre (around 30 minutes).
Morrisons and Aldi are both within a 10-minute walk.

Rent includes all bills – utilities, council tax, broadband, etc.
We’re ideally looking for a professional or student who is tidy, sociable, and enjoys a laugh.
