Looking to Rent bedroom in a shared accommodation

Hi guys, I am looking to rent a bedroom in a shared accommodation! The bedroom would be available from the end of may/start of June until the 6th August! Its a nice size bedroom has a walk in wardrobe that can store a lot! Double bed, large desk, shelves, chested drawer! I am currently sharing with two other girls who are students.

The flat is located in Polwarth Gardens, near Fountainbridge, 20-30 minute walk to the city centre. The flat has a kitchen, a bathroom (has been redone last year), a living room and a shared garden! It is a ground floor flat, we don't share a front entrance with anyone! The rent would be £400 per month (Including Internet and Bills). Looking to rent it to preferably to a female in her 20s as it is a girls student flat. If you need any more info email me.
