Bright Double Room Own Shower Newington/Grange

Hi,

I am looking for a clean and tidy flatmate to share in this lovely part of Newington/The Grange, minutes away from The Meadows. The new flatmate will have their own showeroom and toilet and there is also a study to share. I would like someone mature and reliable for at least three months who wants to live in a fair and peaceful environment and who is reasonably quiet. Also, someone who is comitted to at least basic recycling.

The flat is surrounded by cafes and local bars. It is a ten minute walk to the French Wee Boulangerie bakery and about five to Summerhall. There are bus routes to many parts of the city and Princess Street is about 25 minutes on foot. Marchmont is around the corner and the University ten minutes walk.

I'm a teacher of English at a secondary school and I would welcome speakers of other languages and cultures; someone tolerant and open-minded.

I am felixible with the entry date but I would emphasise trust is the key to a sound arrangement.
