Single room in Leith, only October, 525 all inc

My flatmate is moving to Sweden and so am looking for a replacement from October for one monthonly. The room has a single bed and is otherwise furnished with a bedside table and 2 wardrobes (1 small and 1 bigger, these can be rearranged or removed as required).

The flat is a ground floor, with an open-plan kitchen and living room with also a dining area. The kitchen is fitted with all basic appliances and also a dishwasher. The bathroom includes a bath and is shared with 2 of the 3 flat members as the 3rd has her own en-suite. There is also a small laundry room, a garage (which is used mainly for storage) and a private garden.

The flat is situated just off Leith Walk so has good public transport or walking connections throughout the city and is very close to a range of amenities.

The price is all-inclusive, containing the rental price plus utilities, internet and council tax.

You would be living with me and an Italian man named Marco who is moving to Edinburgh into the flat at the end of September.
