One large double bedroom available from 1 June to 31 July. All bills included in the price.

The flat is in a great location. It's right next to the Meadows and Bruntsfield Links. There is a Scotmid across the road, a petrol station up the street and a Tesco about 5 minutes away. There are plenty of bus stops within 3 minutes walking distance of the flat. The stops have buses 10, 11, 15, X15, 16, 23, 24, 27, 36, 45, N11, N16. Princes Street is a 15 minute walk away and so is Edinburgh University. The buses go to Napier, Queen Margaret, the Royal Infirmary and King's Buildings.

The double bedroom is the biggest in the flat. The room gets loads of sunshine. The shower is quick to heat up and everything in the flat works as it should. We have quiet and nice neighbors, haven't had any problems. I keep the flat fairly clean so would like a similar flatmate.
