The flat is fully furnished with TV (65 inch), Superfast broadband, Sky + Virgin TV, Large living and dining Room, piano, separate kitchen and large hallway.

The flat currently has 4 professionals all in their 20s (2 females + 2 males), one female moving out on the 6th of June.

The first floor flat is bright, clean, social and very homely.
Parking permits are available with free parking found a short 10 minute walk away.

The rent is £550 per month all bills (gas, electricity, TV licence, virgin TV + internet, sky TV, amazon, Netflix and all that jazz) + council tax included.
