I have a large double bedroom in a 2 bed flat available from the 27th of April.

The flat is spacious, light and modern. The available room is the bigger of the two and has a double wardrobe, double bed, desk and large shelving area. There is a lovely communal living room which has a large bay window, two sofas and a dining table and the kitchen has all the mod cons, including a washer/dryer and coffee machine!

The nearest bus stop is less than 5 minutes away with regular bus services all over the city, and Haymarket Station and the tram lines are a 10 minute walk. The city centre is a 20 minute walk. If you drive, there is free off-street parking available and there is a Co-op and a Lidl just around the corner.

I’m looking for a young professional or a mature student who is fairly easy-going, who likes their own space but who is quite sociable and appreciates a coffee/glass of wine and a catch up every now and then.

About Me

I’m a freelance photographer, and mainly work from home although I often have photoshoots and meetings in and around the city. I like going to see live music, running, binge watching netflix and drinking lots of coffee! I'm quite a sociable person but also appreciate personal space and cleanliness!
I recently got a little kitten, so obviously preferences for people who like cats! He mainly stays in my room, as does his things, but wanders about the rest of the flat during the day when I'm at home. Your room is out of bounds to him, I respect personal space and hope you do too.
